Refund Policy

1. Overview

At IntLov, we aim to provide a satisfying experience with our products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund request is necessary. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Free Trial

If you signed up for a Free trial and cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Any charges incurred after the trial period are non-refundable.

2.2 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. However, in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or unexpected issues, you may request a review within 14 days of the transaction. Refunds for errors will be issued where applicable.

2.3 Annual Subscriptions

Refunds for annual subscriptions are only available within 14 days of the purchase date. If eligible, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period, excluding discounts applied during purchase.

3. In-App Purchases

3.1 Non-Refundable Items

All in-app purchases, including tokens, boosts, gifts, and other virtual items, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, these items cannot be exchanged for monetary value or credits.

4. Special Cases

4.1 Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if necessary, issue a refund for any incorrect charges.

4.2 Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period. In cases of service disruptions, we may, at our discretion, provide a prorated refund or offer service extensions.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact IntLov Customer Support at support@intlov.com. Include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name and email address associated with the account.
  • The reason for the refund request.
  • The date of the purchase and the amount charged.
  • Any additional relevant information.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the currency of the original purchase. IntLov is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or additional bank fees.
