Subscription Services
Free Trial Period
Users who cancel during their free trial period will not be charged. The trial period ends automatically without obligation to subscribe.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. While generally non-refundable, we review refund requests for:
- Unauthorized charges
- Technical issues preventing service use
- Duplicate transactions
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are prorated based on unused time, excluding any promotional discounts.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email ops@intlov.com with:
- Your account email address
- Transaction date and amount
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or information
Processing Time: Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method.

Non-Refundable Items
Virtual items, boosts, and premium features are non-refundable once activated or used.
Currency and Payment Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method in the original transaction currency. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees.
